Harshit was born at the hospital and is getting his vaccinations and mother’s milk on time. The ttC trainings had a huge impact in Neha’s life in an unexpected way. What made a difference to her second pregnancy was knowledge and access to better health services. After learning about healthy timing and spacing between pregnancies, she decided that she would have her second child only after her older son turned three. Her younger son Harshit is now four-months-old and is much healthier as compared to how Arpit was at the same age. She reflects over these differences with a smile and more enthusiasm, “For my second child I felt more prepared with not only information but also because I was training other women about the same things. I regularly visited the Anganwadi centre for my ANCs and also tetanus and other vaccinations. I delivered Harshit at the hospital and have been giving him all the vaccinations. I know the importance of hand washing and will breast feed him for the first six months,” she says proudly
</oembed>
