After the rating exercise is complete, the suggestions are compiled to create an action plan, along with the Village Health Sanitation and Nutrition Committee (VHSNC) members, Anganwadi workers and others present. These points are then shared with other stakeholders and an interface meeting is held with government representatives, where accountability is assigned. Some of the major problems identified through this CVA meeting was the lack of water and electricity in the Anganwadi centre, the maintenance of the approach road to the village and the lack of disposable delivery kits in the Anganwadi. The Anganwadi worker and other members of the VHSNC and the Gram Panchayat were identified to take responsibility of resolving these problems within a specified time period.
