However, ensuring that migrant workers in Thailand are also up-to-date with the situation is not less significant because no one is exempt to the contraction. Unfortunately, the key obstacle is the language barrier, especially for the public health personnel. To play a part in curbing Covid-10 spreading, especially among migrant worker, World Vision Thailand has joined hands with Ranong Mueang District Public Health Office and Myanmar migrant health volunteers to provide a proactive action by educating migrant workers how to stay safe from this global health threat. The joint effort between Ranong Public Health Office and World Vision Thailand, which has established a network of migrant health volunteers who live in the communities, also covers the procedure of positive case reporting to relevant Thai health agencies, in order to promptly send patients to treatment process; a more tightened community outbreak prevention will be carried out and the disease investigation will proceed with people in contact with the patients. Until now (31 March 2020), Ranong province still does not have any patients to confirm the infection of Covid 19.
</oembed>
