Scores of families received the kits that contained food, first-aid antiseptic spray, hand sanitizers, and school supplies. Kits were readied by World Vision U.S. and distributed by the church’s volunteers, like Jesse. World Vision worked in partnership with Highline Public Schools to identify families in the greatest need. Summary: World Vision staff and church volunteers help to distribute supplies from World Vision's warehouse. Supplies included food, sanitizing materials, paper products, and school supplies. World Vision partnered with local school districts to identify families faced with bigger needs during the coronavirus pandemic. World Vision also partnered with local churches to be points of distribution (PODs) in their communities. To maintain social distancing, families arrived and stayed in their cars while volunteers loaded the supplies in their vehicles.
</oembed>
