They abandoned their home due to drought in 2017, after their livestock died, and moved to a nearby town. In their new location, without the means to earn an income, they have struggled. Fardawsa is not enrolled in school. She is among 2.5 million girls displaced by conflict or natural disasters. World Vision is calling for better protection and support for girls on the move, so that girls like Fardawsa will be able to go to school and thrive in her new environment.</description></oembed>
